Hi people. Automobile refers to the broad spectrum of vehicles that transport people on 4 wheels. Automobile is a machine that moves by itself rather than being pulled by a separate animal. In olden days, people used to travel by bullock carts (a vehicle which will be pulled by a bull). Though it is still in use in villages, bullock carts involve hurting an animal and it’s very slow. The machine which overcomes these disadvantages and has more number of advantages is the car. Initially the cycle and motorbike came into being. Cycle involves physical strain and cannot be used for long travels. Motorbike is a machine that is comfortable, yet it can carry only 2 people and can cause back pain during journeys that last long period. Car overcomes all these disadvantages. It is very comfortable. It can carry 2 to upto 10 people in drive and it can also be used when travelling long distances. One can enjoy the view from cars. Driving cars is learnable by anyone. Automobiles are available in a wide range of colors and they give a royal feel.Also A/C can be inbuilt in cars; it will be an added advantage in hot climate. Maintenance of cars is also much easier. These days fuel efficient cars are also in market, which eases financially weaker section to afford and maintain cars. To avoid pollution, hydrogen cars and water based cars which are in research will be hitting the market very soon. Recent invention has been cars which do not have steering wheels. It would be just like sitting and enjoying a video game. Let’s hope it is affordable and enjoyable by all.
